Named after Thailand’s striking national bird, the Siamese Fireback, the restaurant is a tribute to the theatrics and
fire-grilled boldness that define traditional Thai kitchens.
At the helm is Chef David Thompson, globally renowned for his expertise in Thai cuisine. As Culinary Director, he brings authenticity and depth to the menu. The kitchen is led by Brand Chef Kaustubh Haldipur, who along with his team has trained extensively in Bangkok with Chef David and is a seasoned specialist in Asian cuisine.
